I wish was possible to put 0 stars.
I'm travelling every week of the year for the last 13 years, and this has been the most disgusting, filthy, worn, smelly, uncomfortable, noisi (and overpriced) experience of my life.
Just in India and Cambodia I've found something similar but they were room of 3$/night.
Here I've spent 90$ (discounted!) to sleep in a place which I'm wondering how could be possibly used for renting! The ceiling is falling apart, the disgusting carpet is sticky, the fridge have no shelf in it... Its like the lair of the bad guy in the horror movies.
Stay away.
